Thankfully after an operation to remove it, I gained a little bit of weight to a more wholesome degree, and I have been in a position to maintain that. Do I snack between meals? Most of the time I don’t feel the need to as a result of I attempt to eat only when I’m hungry.

I quite often carry a meal forward an hour if I am feeling hungry, or delay a meal if I’m nonetheless slightly full from the final one.
Mealtimes should not set in stone right here. As regards snacking, there may be a lot crap on the market, it makes procuring a lot easier should you avoid going down these aisles anyway. Do I consciously watch what I eat? Yes, I do. I’m always aware of what I am putting into my mouth. I know in my mind what is good food and what’s unhealthy. I don’t exit very much socially so I’m not drawn into eating with different individuals.
